Consileon Business Consultancy GmbH ist eine expandierende Management- und IT-Beratung mit Fokus auf eine ganzheitliche Beratung von der Projektinitiierung bis zum Projektabschluss. Wir begleiten namhafte Banken, Versicherungen, Automobilhersteller und -zulieferer, Handelshäuser sowie IT-Unternehmen.

Als Capital Markets Division arbeiten wir mit zentralen Marktinfrastrukturen wie Handelsplätzen, Clearingstellen oder CSDs. Weitere Aufgaben unseres Teams liegen in den Bereichen Investment Banking, Back-Office Operations, Asset- und Wealth Management, sowie globalen Custody Dienstleistungen.

Du begeisterst dich für Projekt Arbeit und möchtest praktische Erfahrung in dynamischen Teams sammeln? Dann unterstütze uns als Praktikant oder Werkstudent (w/m/d) im operativen Tagesgeschäft ab sofort für mindestens drei Monate (bevorzugt sechs Monate) an unterschiedlichen Standorten oder aus dem Homeoffice.

Unterstützung von und Mitarbeit in unserem Team
Eigenverantwortliches Aufbereiten von Präsentationen
Recherchen und Analysen zu ausgewählten Themenbereichen

Dein Profil

fortgeschrittenes Studium mit sehr gutem Erfolg, vorzugsweise Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Banking oder Finance
autonomer Arbeitsstil, Einsatzfreude, Initiative, Teamgeist
versiert in allen MS-Office-Modulen
verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
Vorerfahrung in der Capital Markets-Branche oder in der Beratung ist ein Plus

Our mission

As Capital Markets Division, we work with central market infrastructures like Trading Venues, Clearing Houses, or CSDs. Further responsibilities of our team are in the area of Investment Banking, Back-Office Operations, Asset- and Wealth Management, as well as Global Custody services.

Your profile

We are looking for Capital markets interns (3-6 months) or working students (20h/week) who can support us in consulting our clients in Capital Markets. We strongly support people development and provide you with sufficient space to grow, professionally and personally. Ideal candidates should have the following profile:
▪ Currently enrolled in a recognised university
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
▪ Team player with excellent communication and social competences
▪ Creativity and pragmatism
▪ Entrepreneurial thinking
▪ Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
▪ Fluent in German and English
▪ First experience or relevant internships in the Consulting and / or Capital Markets industry would be beneficial
